333ok Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions and Applicability

333ok is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, websites and mobile applications of the 333ok platform ("Platform").

By creating an account on the Platform or using the services in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted the following Terms. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines, as they form an integral part of this agreement.

If these Terms are published in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version will take precedence. If a user does not agree with any term, they should refrain from using the Platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register on the 333ok platform and participate in any gaming or betting activity, users must be at least 21 years of age. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, the account will be terminated immediately.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person or multiple members of the same household operate more than one account using the same device, IP address or payment method, all accounts may be suspended and funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be true, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

2.4 Identity Verification

333ok reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. If a user does not cooperate with the verification process, their account may be terminated.

3. Account Security and Management

3.1 Password and Login Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. Login details should never be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, 333ok's support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

The user is solely responsible for all bets, transactions and activities carried out on their account. 333ok will not be liable for any loss caused by a third party using the account.

3.3 Account Closure Request

Users may request account closure at any time. Please contact the support team via live chat or email to do so. Any balance remaining in the account will be available for withdrawal before closure.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on the 333ok platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. There is generally no maximum deposit limit, however additional steps may be required for large transactions without a completed verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed through the same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that the funds deposited come from a legitimate source. In the case of suspicious transactions, 333ok reserves the right to verify the funds and, where necessary, has the authority to notify the relevant authorities.

4.4 Transaction Accuracy

If an incorrect amount is credited or debited due to a technical error in a deposit or withdrawal, 333ok reserves the right to correct that error. Any attempt by a user to use or withdraw funds received in error will be treated as a prohibited activity.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

333ok's welcome offer is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Bonus funds cannot be used on all games — wagering requirements may apply to specific games or categories. Where bonus funds and real money are used together, real money will be deducted first. Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash under any circumstances.

5.3 Promotional Offers

333ok runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. Where multiple bonuses are claimed at the same time, the most recent applicable terms must be followed.

5.4 Bonus Withdrawal

333ok reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus for any reason. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled immediately.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Every bet placed on the 333ok platform is calculated according to the platform's own rules. If a bet is affected by a technical error or disconnection, 333ok will make its decision based on the last server record.

6.2 Game Results

Results for live casino and slot games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no manual interference with results, and previous results do not influence future results.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For bets on sports events, if an event is cancelled or postponed, 333ok reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. Odds may change under changed circumstances — the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be considered final.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

A cap on the maximum payout from a single bet may apply in certain games or betting categories. This limit will be stated in the rules for each game or category.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333ok platform, and if discovered, strict action will be taken including account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts deliberately to exploit the bonus system
• Using any automated tools or bots to influence the platform's software or game results
• Attempting to withdraw funds through fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks or false transactions
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to any system on the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Harassing or offensive behaviour towards other users
• Assisting minors in creating accounts

333ok has full authority to investigate any suspicious activity and take necessary action.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content on the 333ok platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software and all types of media — is the intellectual property of 333ok or its authorised partners. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Copying, distributing, modifying or transferring any content from the platform to a third party without written permission is prohibited.

9. Responsible Gaming Policy

333ok takes responsible gaming very seriously. Various self-control tools are available for platform users, including setting deposit limits, managing gaming time and self-exclusion.

• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Where necessary to protect account security
• For legal or regulatory requirements

10.2 Balance After Termination

If an account is terminated and the user has not breached any rules, the remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) may be available for withdrawal. However, if termination is due to prohibited activities, the entire balance may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

333ok provides its services on an "as is" basis. 333ok's liability for any loss arising from technical errors, server downtime or failure of third-party services is limited.

12. Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect. The unenforceable part will be replaced by the nearest valid alternative that serves the same intended purpose.
